Pricing

How we price it

No mystery mark-ups: you pay for setup once, then for each item or square metre. The same engine prices the shop, your quote and your invoice.

01

Setup, once

Digitising, file preparation, patterns or a proof print are charged once per order — not per item — and many are free when you reorder the same design.

02

Then per unit

Each garment or square metre is priced from real inputs: the blank or material, machine time, ink, thread or vinyl and finishing.

03

Bulk is honest

Bigger orders cost less each because the setup is spread over more units — not because we cut corners or margin on the work itself.

04

Proof, then deposit

Nothing is made until you approve a proof. Custom work takes a 55 % deposit (balance before dispatch); stock items are paid 100 % up front.

Charged once

Artwork set-up and a proof print, once per design.

Charged per unit

Each garment or metre: printed area in m², paper and ink, and press time — colour count is free.

All prices are in South African rand and include every charge. Delivery is shown before you pay.

Standard sizes, blank garment included where one applies. Larger sizes and extra placements add to the price; your quote or the shop configurator gives the exact figure.

Questions

FAQ

Why can't you sublimate on cotton?
Sublimation ink turns to gas and bonds with polyester fibres. Cotton has nothing for it to bond to, so it washes out — use DTF or embroidery instead.
Will the print fade?
No. The colour is inside the fibre, not on top of it, so it can't crack or peel and survives hard washing.
Can you print fabric for my own sewing room?
Yes — polyester fabric printed by the metre up to 1.8 m wide. Ask for a quote with your design and metres.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within one working day. Send your logo or idea, the quantity and your deadline; we reply with a written quote and a proof plan.
