How we price it

No mystery mark-ups: you pay for setup once, then for each item or square metre. The same engine prices the shop, your quote and your invoice.

Setup, once

Digitising, file preparation, patterns or a proof print are charged once per order — not per item — and many are free when you reorder the same design.

Then per unit

Each garment or square metre is priced from real inputs: the blank or material, machine time, ink, thread or vinyl and finishing.

Bulk is honest

Bigger orders cost less each because the setup is spread over more units — not because we cut corners or margin on the work itself.

Proof, then deposit

Nothing is made until you approve a proof. Custom work takes a 55 % deposit (balance before dispatch); stock items are paid 100 % up front.

Checking and preparing your print file, once per design.

Charged per unit

Per square metre of print, plus finishing — hems, eyelets, pockets, poles or stands.

All prices are in South African rand and include every charge. Delivery is shown before you pay.

Print-ready artwork supplied. Prices are for the sizes shown; poles, bases, stands, fitting and lamination are quoted separately, and eco-solvent prints cure for 24 hours before finishing.

FAQ

What size can you print?
Up to 1.8 m wide in one piece, and as long as you need. Bigger backdrops are panelled and joined.
Banner or mesh?
PVC is bright and solid for indoor and sheltered use. Mesh lets wind through, so it is safer on fences and scaffolding.
Do I need permission for an outdoor sign?
Possibly — municipal by-laws differ. Getting approval is the customer's responsibility; we're happy to supply drawings and sizes.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within one working day. Send your logo or idea, the quantity and your deadline; we reply with a written quote and a proof plan.
