Pricing

How we price it

No mystery mark-ups: you pay for setup once, then for each item or square metre. The same engine prices the shop, your quote and your invoice.

01

Setup, once

Digitising, file preparation, patterns or a proof print are charged once per order — not per item — and many are free when you reorder the same design.

02

Then per unit

Each garment or square metre is priced from real inputs: the blank or material, machine time, ink, thread or vinyl and finishing.

03

Bulk is honest

Bigger orders cost less each because the setup is spread over more units — not because we cut corners or margin on the work itself.

04

Proof, then deposit

Nothing is made until you approve a proof. Custom work takes a 55 % deposit (balance before dispatch); stock items are paid 100 % up front.

Charged once

Digitising your logo into a stitch file — once per logo, free when you reorder.

Charged per unit

Each garment: the blank, plus machine time by stitch count and thread colours.

Questions

FAQ

What file do you need?
A vector logo (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) is best. A clear PNG or JPEG works too — we redraw it for thread as part of digitising.
Why does stitch count matter?
Machine time is driven by stitches. A typical chest crest is about 6 500 stitches; a large back design can be 25 000 or more.
Can you embroider garments I supply?
Often, yes. Send us the garment details; we'll confirm it is safe to hoop and quote press-only work.
Will I see it before it's made?
Yes. Every decorated order gets a proof — placement, size and colours — and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
