- Prices on product pages, in the cart and at checkout are the full prices in rand. Delivery is shown separately before you pay; collection is free. KLAUT is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. No card fees are added.

- Card and instant EFT through PayFast's secure payment page; EFT to our bank account; cash or card in our office. Buy-now-pay-later is not offered.

- Terms and conditions (version T-DRAFT-1), including the 6-month warranty for defects under CPA s56. The terms are on this website, linked from checkout, and referenced in your order confirmation email; you can print or save them.

- Stock (buy-now) items: about 5 working days after payment. Decorated and custom items: about 12 working days after you approve the proof and pay the deposit. Quotes state the lead time for custom work.

- We email an order confirmation, invoices and receipts. Signed-in customers can see their quotes, orders, invoices and payments in My account at any time.

- Contact us first. If we cannot resolve a complaint you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission. KLAUT has not subscribed to another ADR code.

- Card payments are made on PayFast's hosted page over an encrypted connection; KLAUT never receives or stores card details. Our site uses TLS encryption. See our privacy notice.

- No recurring or subscription supply is sold online.

- You may cancel an online purchase of standard, undecorated goods within 7 days of receiving them without reason or penalty, paying only the direct cost of return. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are excluded (ECTA s42(2)).
