Pricing

How we price it

No mystery mark-ups: you pay for setup once, then for each item or square metre. The same engine prices the shop, your quote and your invoice.

Setup, once

Digitising, file preparation, patterns or a proof print are charged once per order — not per item — and many are free when you reorder the same design.

Then per unit

Each garment or square metre is priced from real inputs: the blank or material, machine time, ink, thread or vinyl and finishing.

Bulk is honest

Bigger orders cost less each because the setup is spread over more units — not because we cut corners or margin on the work itself.

Proof, then deposit

Nothing is made until you approve a proof. Custom work takes a 55 % deposit (balance before dispatch); stock items are paid 100 % up front.

Charged once

Digitising and vector files are one-off setup fees, credited when you reorder the same design.

Charged per unit

Design time for new kit or logo work is quoted up front, before we start.

FAQ

My logo is a photo on my phone — can you use it?
Yes. Send what you have; we clean it up or redraw it as part of setup and show you a proof.
Do I pay for digitising again on a reorder?
No — the stitch file is kept and digitising is credited in full when you reorder the same logo.
Will I see it before it's made?
Yes. Every decorated order gets a proof — placement, size and colours — and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
